Ariska includes ariska consulting LLC, Geneva, (or its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively "ariska"). This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you.

Personal Data: We collect “Personal Data”, such as name, professional affiliation (employer, department, position) and contact details (email, telephone number, etc.), in order to communicate with our clients or potential clients and to facilitate the provision of our services (e.g., contact details of individuals working for or on behalf of the client).
Sensitive Personal Data: We may need to collect process sensitive personal data, for the provision of our service. We do so with the consent of the individual unless it is obtained indirectly for legitimate purposes. Sensitive personal data include:

Expense receipts submitted for individual tax or accounting advice that reveal affiliations with trade unions or political opinions.

We only collect the personal data necessary for agreed purposes and we ask our clients to share personal data with us only if it is necessary for those purposes. Where we need to process personal data to provide professional services, we ask our clients to provide the data subjects with the necessary information regarding its use.

How do we share your data?
We will only share your personal data with your consent or in accordance with this policy. We will not otherwise share, sell or distribute the information you provide to us except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We share personal data among ariska affiliates who act for ariska for the purposes set out in this notice.
We share your information with external third parties, such as vendors, consultants and other service providers who are performing certain services on behalf of ariska, solely for the purposes of performing the services specified in the applicable service contract.
How do we store your data?
We securely stors your data in encrypted data servers or encrypted local computers, in France and Switzerland.
We will keep your personal data for a period necessary to comply with local, national or international specific regulations and requirements, and in accordance with ariska’s document retention policy. Once the retention period has expired, we will delete your data.
In the absence of specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, our baseline retention period for records and other documentary evidence created in the provision of services is 12 years.
How do we process your data?
Personal data is processed both manually and electronically for the purposes set out above and in accordance with applicable legislation. We only allow authorised ariska employees or third party vendors or consultants to have access to your information. These employees and consultants are appropriately designated and trained to process data only in accordance with the instructions we provide to them.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request ariska for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that ariska correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request ariska to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that ariska erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that ariska restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to ariska’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that ariska transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
